¡Feliz verano!
In summer our skin needs to be cared more than at any other time of the year. Strong temperatures and long and intense exposure to UVA rays damage our skin, so we must protect it with more intensity.
That’s why today from the Institute Natàlia Ribé we’ll offer you some tips to make your skin look radiant and protected during the warmest season of the year:
- When you go to spend time outdoors (either on the beach or jogging) do not forget to use a sunscreen with a minimum SPF 20, right for you and that adapt to the activity you want to perform and remember that most delicate areas such as the neck, hands, neck or ears also need protection.
- Try that the suncream you buy is water based because some products do not clog the pores of your skin. Above all protect your skin often from 10 to 16 because the sun is more intense and harmful.
- Drink a lot of water. In summer our body loses more water so to look a radiant and healthy skin this summer hydrate both outside and inside.
- Moisturize your skin in summer is very important since high temperatures, the sea and the normal activities of this season dries our skin with heavier intensity, so we recommend to use a moisturizing cream for the body and one to the face.
- And finally, try to not expose you to the sun unnecessarily and don’t abuse it more than necessary, especially in the most damaging hours.
